An acclaimed new business born in the Covid-19 pandemic in Ireland, Cookie Dó has grown from strength to strength from the date of its original inception by Ciaran Fitzpatrick in 2020. Cookie Dó was the benficiary of a placement on the Grow with Aldi program in 2020.
